คำสุภาพในภาษาอักฤษ คุณต้องใช้คำว่า Do you mind หรือ Could you please หรือ Please เข้ามาในประโยค
แต่ในภาษาไทยเราจะใส่ เพียงคำว่า “ครับ”ในตอนท้ายของประโยค ถ้าผู้พูดเป็นผู้ชาย
“คะ”ในตอนท้ายของประโยค ถ้าผู้พูดเป็นผู้หญิง
Polite words in English You must use Do you mind or Could you please or Please into the sentence.
But in Thai language, we only put the word “Krub” at the end of the sentence. if the speaker is a man
“Ka” at the end of the sentence if the speaker is a woman
เช่น คำพูดว่า ขอบคุณ จะดูสุภาพขึ้นมาทันทีหากพูดว่า
ขอบคุณครับ(ผู้ชายพูด) หรือ
For example,
saying “thank you” would instantly appear polite if you said “thank you Krub”.

ผมหมายถึงในกลุ่มคนที่มีการศึกษานะจะเหมารวมกับทุกคนไม่ได้
คนจีนมักจะมองว่า หากคุณพูดจีนได้ คนจีนจะมองคุณว่า เป็นพี่เป็นน้องกัน
การคุยธุรกิจ การเจรจาความใดๆกันจะง่ายกว่า คนไทยจึงมักพูดภาษาจีนได้
ผมมองว่าเป็นนิสัยแบบเอเซีย “ความคุ้นเคยความสนิทสนมถือเป็นญาติอย่างยิ่ง”
คนไทยเมื่อได้ยินชาวต่างชาติพยายามพูดไทยแม้พูดผิดพูดถูก เราคนไทยจะมองว่าน่ารักดี
จะยิ่งให้กำลังใจให้พูดมากขึ้นอีก
Many people can speak Chinese. can speak korean speak Japanese can speak french.
I mean, among educated people, it’s not like everyone else.
Chinese people tend to think if you can speak chinese Chinese people will see you as a brother and sister.
Business talks Any negotiation is easier then Thai people can often speak Chinese.
I see it as an Asian trait. “Familiarity, intimacy, is very much relative.”
Thai people, when they hear foreigners try to speak Thai even though they say the wrong thing, they say the right thing. We Thai people will think that it’s so cute.
It will be even more encouraging to talk more.

To be honest, language is just a tool for communication. Understand each other is considered enough.
ชาวตะวันตกไปเรียนมวยไทยกับนักมวยไทยที่มีภาษอังกฤษไม่ค่อยดีนัก
แต่ถ้าคุณเรียนมวยไทยได้ ผมว่าสำร็จผลแล้ว จะจริงจังกันไปทำไม
Westerners go to learn Muay Thai with Thai boxers whose English is not very good.
But if you can learn Muay Thai I think it’s done, so why take it seriously?
